CHAPTER DLXXXI

AN ACT to amend Chapter 51 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of Delaware, in General Assembly met, That section 7 of Chapter 51, of the Revised Statutes of this State, be, and the same is hereby amended by inserting after the word "Legislature" in the third line of said Section, and before the word "elect" in the fourth line, of the, Section, as follows, to wit: "or a majority of the said" voters present at the said annual meeting."
