AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 65 AND 67, TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE MAXIMUM INTEREST RATE PERMITTED FOR CERTAIN BONDS ISSUED BY SUSSEX COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §6511, Chapter 65, Part IV, Title 9 of the Delaware Code, by striking the words "6 per cent" as the same appear in the first sentence of subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof the words "9 percent".
Section 2. Amend subsection (d), Section 6704, Chapter 67, Title 9 of the Delaware Code, by striking the figure "6%" as the same appears in paragraph (3) of said subsection, and substituting the figure "9%" in lieu thereof.
