AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CASUALTY INSURANCE CONTRACTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 3904(6), Title 18, Delaware Code, by deleting paragraph (3) thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(3) The excluded driver or drivers shall he required to furnish proof that the coverage required under Delaware law is carried with another company or through the Delaware Automobile Insurance Plan, or surrender his or her motor vehicle operator's license within 30 days."
Section 2. This Act shall sunset and expire 3 years after its enactment into law.
