CHAPTER 629

Joint Resolution regarding the Report of the Commissioners to ascertain the Boundary lines between Kent and Sussex Counties.

Be it resolved by The Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

That a joint committee consisting of two on the part of the Senate and three on the part of the House be appointed to take into consideration the report of the commissioners to the boundary line between Kent and Sussex counties and make suitable recommendations concerning the same.
