GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING COURTS
AN ACT to amend Chapter 108 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware relating to the salary of the Crier of the Courts of the State of Delaware holding such office In New Castle County.
Be it enacted by the Senate and 'House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 108 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by the repeal of 3693 Section 11 thereof, and by inserting in lieu thereof the following paragraph, to be known as 3693, Section 11.
3693, Section 11. CRIERS, SALARIES OF: FEES, HOW TREATED AND DISPOSED OF: The criers of the courts of the State of Delaware holding such office in Kent and Sussex Counties shall receive a salary of five hundred dollars per year, and in New Castle- County one thousand and six hundred dollars per year, payable semi-monthly, in the same manlier as the salaries of other County officers are paid. All fees, costs, allowances and other perquisites collected by any officer of the County or State for the use of such crier shall be paid by the officer collecting the same to the County Treasurer of the respective Counties for the use of such County.
All fees, costs, allowances and other perquisites taxable as crier's fees shall be charged and collected by the County Officers and by such officers paid to the respective County Treasurer for the use of the County.
