CHAPTER 671.

OF WILLS.

AN ACT to amend Section 25 of Chapter 84 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section 25 of Chapter 84 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by striking out all of said section after the word "will" in the third line of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "unless a contrary intention appear by the will."
