AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CLEAN AIR ACT TITLE V OPERATING PERMIT PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend § 6097(c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting the following phrase after the word “section” in the third sentence:
“except that for calendar year 2008, the fee calculated according to those sections shall be the sum of the base fee and user fee multiplied by a 1.20 factor”.
