AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §512E(j), Title 4 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
(j) A craft distillery licensee shall be authorized to export unfinished spirit manufactured in this State in bulk to persons within or outside the State for blending, aging, finishing, bottling and or labeling and shall be authorized to receive the finished product from that person.
