CHAPTER 82.

OF COMMISSIONERS OF DEEDS.

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 10, OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE REVISED CODE, RELATING TO ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DEEDS BY MAKING VALID ACKNOWLEDGMENTS BEFORE COMMISSIONERS OF DEEDS IN POSSESSIONS OF THE UNITED STATES AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Section 10 of Chapter 83 of the Revised Code be and the same is hereby amended by inserting in the twenty-second line thereof after the words "District of Columbia" and before the words "The same to be certified" the following words, to wit: "Or in the possessions of the United States, or in foreign countries."
