AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PERSONAL ACTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §8145, Title 10, of the Delaware Code, by deleting from subsection (b), the phrase "July 1, 2007", and by substituting in lieu thereof, the phrase "July 9, 2007".
