AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INCREASING VARIOUS JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURT COSTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §9801(2)a, Title 10, Delaware Code by striking the figure "$24.50" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof "$29.50".
Section 2. Amend §9801(2)b, Title 10, Delaware Code by striking the figure "$11.00" and substituting in lieu thereof "15.00".
Section 3. This Act shall take effect 10 days after its enactment into law.
