CHAPTER 94.
OF COMPTROLLER FOR KENT COUNTY.
AN ACT to Amend an Act entitled "An Act Creating the Office of Comptroller for Kent County", being Chapter 88, Volume 20, Laws of Delaware.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 83, Volume 26, Laws of Delaware, be, and the same is hereby amended by striking out the words "one thousand dollars" from the eleventh line of the fifth section thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "fifteen hundred dollars".
Section 2. Said Chapter 83, Volume 26, of the Laws of Delaware, is hereby further amended by striking out all of Section Six of said Act.
