AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE CHILD PROTECTION ACCOUNTABILITY COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Amend § 912(a), Chapter 9, Title 16 of the Delaware Code by deleting the number “19” as it appears therein and by inserting in lieu thereof the number “20”.
Further Amend § 912(a), Chapter 9, Title 16 of the Delaware Code by renumbering existing paragraph (10) as (11) and by inserting a new paragraph (10) to read as follows:
“(10) The Chair of the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council, or the Chair’s designee;”.
