RECOGNIZING THE HEALTH CONCERNS OF BISPHENOL A EXPOSURE.

This Resolution enumerates and recognizes the health concerns related to Bisphenol A, an industrial chemical regularly used in the plastics industry. It further urges Delawareans to take reasonable steps to reduce exposure to Bisphenol A and supports efforts to develop alternatives to its use in food and drink packaging.
