This Amendment adds 4 additional members to the Delaware AI Commission: (1) The Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services; (2) The Secretary of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security; (3) The State Election Commissioner; and (4) The Executive Director of GEAR. It also clarifies that members appointed to the commission from the private sector may be individuals that represent private sector entities with experience in developing or implementing AI. Finally, this Amendment makes technical, nonsubstantive changes to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
