This Amendment does the following:
(1) Adds a three-fifths vote requirement because the Act grants the Secretary of State the authority to set fees to defray the expenses related to the administration of this chapter.
(2) Changes language related to what the Secretary provides an athlete agent as proof the agent is properly registered to reflect the Secretary's practice of providing electronic records in lieu of paper documents to licensed professionals through the Division of Professional Regulation.
(3) Removes language that is subject to a possible amendment to the Uniform Act to be considered by the Uniform Law Commission.
