This amendment deletes a provision relating to the liability of a fiduciary when acting at the direction of an advisor. The amendment also deletes a provision relating to the ability of parties to release a fiduciary from liability for various actions associated with the fiduciary's use of an agent. In addition, this amendment deletes a provision changing the time at which a statute of limitations provision begins to run.
