This Act provides members of the board of directors of the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority with $100 in compensation for each Board meeting a member attends. This compensation may only be paid from money appropriated by the General Assembly for this purpose. This Act also extends the sunset date for the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Trust Fund 5 years, until July 1, 2029, and clarifies that if the Trust Fund terminates, it continues for purposes of the liquidation required under § 7042 of Title 25.AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE MANUFACTURED HOME RELOCATION AUTHORITY.
