SCR 27	Passed	Richardson	This Concurrent Resolution recognizes Christian Holy Week and Passover in the State of Delaware.	RECOGNIZING CHRISTIAN HOLY WEEK AND PASSOVER IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
HA 1 to HB 29	PWB	Hensley	This amendment delays the implementation date until July 1, 2024.
HB 108	Committee	Matthews	This Act does all of the following: (1) Allows for all licensed independent practitioners that are treating a driver for a medical condition to report findings which allows for Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician to sign Division paperwork and mirrors verbiage found in Title 13; (2) Updates the name of Medical Council to Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline which ensures compliance with code in handling of individual cases; and (3) Changes the Secretary of Health and Social Services to Secretary of Transportation for determining the status of driver’s license for individuals with a potential medical condition which allows for quicker response and ensures the confidentiality of a driver.	AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DRIVER’S LICENSES.

Williams	This Act charges the Department of Safety & Homeland Security, in cooperation with the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control and the Department of Transportation, to present a report and plan to the General Assembly no later than October 1, 2023 for a comprehensive motor vehicle noise and abatement program. The agencies are charged with considering developments in technology, other state and federal standards, and proposing changes as necessary to Delaware law and recommendations for changes in equipment and procedures.	AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE NOISE.
SB 36	Signed	Mantzavinos	This Act provides a definition for 911 Dispatchers. While referenced in other sections of the Code, including being identified as a first responder in § 4319 of Title 11 for purposes of confidentiality of communications by first responders for critical incident stress management services, Dispatchers have not otherwise been defined.	AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 AND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO 911 DISPATCHERS.
HS 1 for HB 100	Signed	Schwartzkopf	This substitute bill, which makes only technical changes to the original bill, creates a special license plate for the Delaware State Police which will be displayed on the active fleet at the discretion of the Superintendent of the State Police for the 100th Anniversary of the Division.	AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES.
HCR 28	Passed	Morrison	This Concurrent Resolution designates March 30, 2023, as Atheist Awareness Day in Delaware.	DESIGNATING MARCH 30, 2023, AS ATHEIST AWARENESS DAY IN DELAWARE.
HCR 35	Passed	Heffernan	This Concurrent Resolution recognizes the Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation and community-owned, not-for-profit electric utilities throughout Delaware for their dedication to serving their communities with energy saving programs and carbon reduction projects. This Resolution also celebrates DEMEC’s upcoming 44th anniversary and over 100 years of reliable and safe electric service from Delaware’s local public power utilities by proclaiming April 5, 2023, as DEMEC Day.	CELEBRATING DEMEC DAY AND RECOGNIZING THE DELAWARE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC CORPORATION AND THE COMMUNITY-OWNED NOT FOR PROFIT ELECTRIC UTILITIES THROUGHOUT DELAWARE.
