AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT RESTRICTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Amend Chapter 9, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 909 District Restrictions.
(a)(5) The following uses shall be deemed "related uses" for purposes of paragraph (a)(2) of this section:
“m. A private restricted landing area used for agricultural spraying and applications, including spraying and applications conducted under government sponsored programs, subject to the written approval of the Foundation Board.”
