Section 1. Amend subsection (c) of §122 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words and punctuation "compliance or noncompliance with this Code, and any other statutes of this State" and inserting in lieu thereof the words and punctuation "compliance or noncompliance with this Code or any regulations promulgated thereunder, and any other statutes or regulations of this State or the United States".
Section 2. Amend subsection (a)(1) of §2109 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "or the United States" after the words "of this State" and before the semi-colon.
Section 3. Amend subsection (a)(1) of §2209 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "or the United States" after the words "of this State" and before the semi-colon.
Section 4. Amend subsection (c) of §2210 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words and punctuation "compliance or noncompliance with this Code and any other statutes of this State" and inserting in lieu thereof the words and punctuation "compliance or noncompliance with this Code or any regulations promulgated thereunder, and any other statutes or regulations of this State or the United States".
Section 5. Amend subsection (a)(1) of §2315 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "or the United States" after the words "of this State" and before the semi-colon.
Section 6. Amend subsection (a)(1) of §2725 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "or the United States" after the words "of this State" and before the semi-colon.
Section 7. Amend subsection (a)(1) of §2904 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "or the United States" after the words "of this State" and before the semi-colon.
Section 8. Amend subsection (d) of §3209 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by inserting at the end of that subsection the sentences: "In case there is a change in name, but no change in identity or control of the licensee, the Commissioner shall issue without charge an amended license showing the new name. Such license shall not be otherwise transferable or assignable."
Section 9. Amend subsection (a)(1) of §3213 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "or the United States" after the words "of this State" and before the semi-colon.
Section 10. Amend subsection (c) of §3220 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words and punctuation "compliance or noncompliance with this Code and the regulations issued thereunder" and inserting in lieu thereof the words and punctuation "compliance or noncompliance with this Code or any regulations promulgated thereunder, and any other statutes or regulations of this State or the United States".
Section 11. If any provision of this Act or the application of any section or part thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
Section 12. This Act shall be effective upon its enactment into law.
