AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §709(c), Chapter 7, Title 4 of the Delaware Code, by deleting from the last sentence the phrase "except the holidays specified in subsection (d) of this section on which days said licensees shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic liquors" and substitute in lieu thereof "except between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. for holders of an on-premise license."
