AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 1 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIAL DAYS AND MONTHS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Chapter 6, Title 1, Delaware Code by adding to the Chapter Heading the following:
“and Special Months”.
Section 2. Amend Chapter 6, Title 1, Delaware Code by adding thereto the following:
Ҥ605. March For The Arts in Education.
The following month shall be commemorated in this State by appropriate ceremonies: the month of March, known as March for the Arts in Education.”
