AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE PENSION ADVISORY COUNCIL PLAN.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §8308A(e) Title 29 of the Delaware Code by inserting a new subparagraph (13) to read as follows:
“(13) International Association of Firefighter Local 1590 City of Wilmington Firefighters.”
