AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 1 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LEGAL HOLIDAYS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 1, Chapter 5, §501 (c) of the Delaware Code by striking the section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“(c) Veteran's Day shall be a legal holiday for all public school students and the employees of public school districts and charter schools when it falls on a day when classes would normally occur.”
