AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 67A, TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FUNERAL EXPENSES OF VOLUNTEERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §6750, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by striking the value “$6,000” as found therein and substituting in lieu thereof the value “$7,000”.
Section 2. This Act shall be effective for qualifying deaths occurring on or after January 1, 2005.
