AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO D.N.A. ANALYSIS AND THE D.N.A. DATA BANK.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 4713(b)(2) of Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase “the effective date of this act” as it appears in said paragraph, and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “July 1, 2003”.
