AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXCESS REIMBURSEMENTS TO PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 1008(c) of Title 31 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase “to which the claim was submitted.” as it appears therein, and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “to which the claim was submitted, or by the Attorney General.”
