AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Chapter 3, Title 25 of the Delaware Code by adding a new Section designated as § 316 which new Section shall read as follows:
Ҥ 316. Display of Flags
No restriction shall be enforceable with respect to real property which prohibits or limits the ability of a property owner or tenant to display the flag of the United States of America provided such flag’s measurement does not exceed three (3) feet by five (5) feet.”.
