AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE LAND PROTECTION ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 7505(b) of Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting the number “9” and replacing thereto with “11”.
Section 2. Further Amend § 7505(b)(3) of Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word “Seven” and the number “7” and replacing thereto with “Nine” and the number “9” wherever they appear in the subsection.
Section 3. Further Amend § 7505(b)(3) of Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting after “Sussex County” the following:
“and two (2) members from within the State but from different counties.”.
Section 4. Amend § 7505(b)(4) of Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting the number “5” and replacing thereto with “6”.
Section 5. Amend § 7505(f) of Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting the number “5” and replacing thereto with the number “6”.
Section 6. Sunset Clause: This Act shall expire on July 2, 2006 unless this expiration clause is repealed by further legislation action.
