Section 1. Amend Delaware Laws Volume 73, Chapter 210, by deleting section 2 in its entirety and replacing in lieu thereof.

“Section 2. ALL that certain piece, parcel and tract of land lying and being situate in Broad Creek Hundred, Sussex County and State of Delaware, being described more particularly:

BEGINNING at a concrete monument (found) on the easterly right-of-way line of the Conrail Railroad Company; said monument being situate 27.0 feet from the center of the existing railroad tracks and 1270.0 feet southerly from the centerline of Sussex County Road #490; thence parallel with the said railroad tracks North 11°-46’-50” West a distance of 3,588.07 feet, more or less, to the centerline of the Nanticoke River; thence with the centerline of the said river the following eleven (11) courses and distances: (1) North 45°-51’-01” East a distance of 337.73 feet to a point; (2) North 55°-25’-45” East a distance of 399.79 feet to a point; (3) North 58°-16’-58” East a distance of 417.04 feet to a point; (4) North 66°-46’-12” East a distance of 265.07 feet to a point; (5) North 83°-47’-48” East a distance of 266.68 feet to a point; (6) South 87°-39’-51” East a distance of 540.20 feet to a point; (7) South 73°-11’-53” East a distance of 308.18 feet to a point; (8) South 45°-03’-08” East a distance of 291.77 feet to a point; (9) South 31°-22’-19” East a distance of 385.86 feet to a point; (10) South 49°-48’-01” East a distance of 476.60 feet to a point; (11) South 78°-34’-19” East a distance of 196.23 feet to a point; thence leaving said river South 03°-20’-12” East a distance of 528.00 feet to a concrete monument (found) on the northerly right-of-way line of Delaware Road #20 (Concord Road); thence with said right-of-way line South 86°-19’-53” East a distance of 109.53 feet to an iron stob; thence continuing with said right-of-way line South 86°-28’-48” West a distance of 219.08 feet to a concrete monument (found); thence South 10°-08’-30” West a distance of 568.0 feet to a point in the northerly right-of-way line of Third Street; thence with the said right-of-way line South 89°-58’-46” East a distance of 271.66 feet to a concrete monument (found); thence with the lands of Lawrence R., Sr. & Pamela L. Dean, now or formerly, North 25°-13’-58” East a distance of 110.28 feet to a concrete monument (found); thence with the lands of Thomas F. & Margaret Ann Head, now or formerly, North 23°-32’-46” West a distance of 76.45 feet to a concrete monument (found); thence with the lands of Gordon J. & Kathleen M.
