WHEREAS, in Fiscal Year 1971, the Diamond State Telephone Company applied a portion of a payment from the State of Delaware to the wrong account; and
WHEREAS, the error was discovered by said Company on or about March 20, 1972, in a subsequent fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, since the error has now been corrected and payment has now been properly applied, the original agency the Executive Office of the Governor, does in fact still owe the Diamond State Telephone Company $121.30 for services rendered in a prior fiscal year;
Section 1. The sum of $121.30 is hereby appropriated to the Executive Office of the Governor to pay the Diamond State Telephone Company for services rendered for said agency during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1970.
Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation and the monies appropriated herein shall be paid by the State Treasurer from General Fund monies of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated.
