CHAPTER 265
APPROPRIATION - INSURANCE COMMISSIONER
AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE STATE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER IN RESPECT TO THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER'S SALARY, SALARIES OF CERTAIN ASSISTANTS AND FOR CERTAIN EXPENSES OF THE OFFICE OF SAID COMMISSIONER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That in addition to the sums that are or may be appropriated to the State Insurance Commissioner for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1948 and June 30, 1949, there is hereby further appropriated for said fiscal years the following:
