CHAPTER 188

DIVORCE

AN ACT to amend Chapter 86, of the Revised Code of Delaware, in reference to divorce.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Chapter 86 of the Revised Code of Delaware be, and the same is hereby amended by adding at the end of 3006, Sec. 3, thereof, a new paragraph, as follows: (1) At the suit of the wife for congenital or guiltily after acquired inability and failure to support his family, and of which congenital or acquired inability the wife neither had nor could have had any previous knowledge or warning at the time of the marriage.
