CHAPTER 42.
An Act allowing an additional Constable in Murderkill Hundred in 'Kent County.
[SECTION 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That the Levy Court of Kent County be, and they are hereby authorized and required to appoint an additional Constable in Kent County, who shall reside in or near the village of Magnolia, in the aforesaid. county. The office of Constable hereby created shall continue until this act shall be repealed, and the appointment thereto shall be made mid vacancies filled as provided by the laws and constitution of this State.
