CHAPTER 325.

An Act to amend Section 50 of Chapter 89 of the Revised Code of Delaware Laws.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met, That Section 50 of Chapter 89, be amended by inserting in the sixth line of the said Section 50 of Chapter 89 of the Revised Code, the following words before the word notary, "Register of Wills."

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That the fee for acknowledging acquittances by the Register of Wills shall be thirty cents.

SECTION 3. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That in any future publication of the laws, the said Chapter 89 shall be published as amended.
