CHAPTER 16

OF JUSTICES OF THE PEACE AND NOTARIES PUBLIC.

AN ACT to enable the Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace and Notary Public for New Castle County.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, (two-thirds of each branch thereof concurring therein:)

SECTION 1. That the Governor be and he is hereby authorized to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace and Notary Public for New Castle County, who shall reside within one mile of Glasgow, and in Pencader Hundred.

SECTION 2. That this act shall repeal all laws or parts of laws, so far as they may be inconsistent herewith, and be deemed a public act.
