CHAPTER 635.
OF STATE COLLEGE FOR COLORED STUDENTS.
AN ACT to amend an act entitled "An act to Establish and Maintain a College for the Education of Colored Students in Agriculture and Mechanic Arts," passed at Dover, May 15, 1891.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met (two-thirds of each branch concurring therein):
SECTION 1. That the word "Delaware" in the fifth line of Section I be stricken out and in lieu thereof insert the word "State." That the word "Delaware" in the third line of Section 2 be stricken out and in lieu thereof insert the words "the State." That the word "five" in the seventh line of Section 4 be stricken out and in lieu thereof insert the word "four."
