CHAPTER CCXV.

AN ACT to repeal an act therein mentioned.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That the act entitled an act to amend an act concerning Constables, passed at Dover February 20th, 1847, be and the same is hereby repealed, made null and void.
