CHAPTER 552.

A further Supplement to an act entitled, "An act to incorporate the Del. Laws, Trustees of the Home for Friendless and Destitute Children in the City of Wilmington.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, (two- thirds of each branch of, the Legislature concurring herein,) That the Trustees of the Home for Friendless and Destitute Children, To whom may, in, their discretion, bind any -child-placed under -their care and Management to a person residing in, either of the States of Pennsylvania or Maryland; such binding may be made either according to the forms and requirements provided by the laws who him, of this State for the time being, or according to the forms and requirements provided by the laws of the State in which the person taking such minor as an apprentice shall reside; as may be deemed by the Trustees most expedient in the particular case. The provisions of Section- 20 of Chapter 79 of the Revised Code Sec. 20, of of this-State shall not apply to any 'binding made pursuant to this .supplement according to the forms and requirements pre- not to apply. scribed by the laws of either of the before named States.
