CHAPTER 451.

An Act to amend Chapter 63 of the Revised Code.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Chapter 63 of the Revised Statutes be and the same is hereby amended by inserting the words " by writing " in the eleventh line of the seventh section, next after, the word "authorized " and before the word "except."
