CHAPTER 425.

OF THE REVENUE OF THE STATE.

AN ACT to amend Section one (i), of Chapter 308, of Volume sixteen (16), of the Laws of Delaware, entitled "An act to exempt from taxation certain Real Estate in the City of Wilmington."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section one, (I) of Chapter 308, of Volume sixteen (16), Laws of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by inserting after the word "easterly" and before the word "to," in the thirty-second (32) line of Section one (1) of said chapter, the following words: "One thousand feet; thence at right angles with the said side of Commerce street northerly."
