CHAPTER 322.
OF THE VALUATION OF PROPERTY.
AN ACT to amend Section 3, of Chapter II, of the Revised Statutes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
SECTION 1. That Section 3, of Chapter 11, of the Revised Statutes of this State be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding to the first paragraph of said Section after the word " bequest," the words "And provided further," that each Assessor shall annually add to the assessment of each parcel of real estate in cities, towns and villages, the value of any buildings or structures of a permanent character, which may have been erected, therein, since the last general assessment of real estate.
