CHAPTER 780.

OF EXECUTION.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 94, Volume 14, Laws of Delaware, as printed in Chapter 3 of the Revised Code.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION I. That Section 2 of Chapter 54, Volume 14, Laws of Delaware as the same is printed in Chapter III of the Revised Code, be and the same is hereby amended by inserting, between the words "court" and "or" in the tenth line of said section, the following: "Or by a majority of the judges of said court in vacation."
