CHAPTER 680.

OF EXECUTION.

AN ACT in relation to the advertisement of sheriff's sales.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That in advertisements of notice of sale of real estate in newspapers, by the sheriff of any county in this State, under execution process, it shall be sufficient if the property to be sold shall be described therein in such manner that the same may be readily identified. It shall not be necessary to describe the same by metes and bounds, or courses and distances. Nor shall it be necessary in any to follow the description of the property in the writ of execution under which it is sold.
