CHAPTER 52.
OF THE LEVY COURT.
AN ACT to Amend "An Act in Relation to the Levy Court of New Castle County," being Chapter 50, Volume 22, Laws of Delaware, by Changing the Boundaries of Certain Levy Court Districts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Section I of Chapter 5o, Volume 22, Laws of Delaware, being "An Act in relation to the Levy Court of New Castle County," be and the same is hereby amended by striking out all of the words in said Section between the word "composed" in the third line of said Section and the word "and" in the fourteenth line of said Section and inserting in lieu thereof the words "of all that portion of the City of Wilmington East of the centre line of Market Street, and the said district shall be known as the First Levy Court District; another shall comprise and be composed of all that portion of the City of Wilmington West of the centre line of Market Street".
Section 2. That all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
