CHAPTER 51.

STATE CHEMIST.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 22 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, in reference to the State Chemist.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in, General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Chapter 22 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, as amended by Chapter 48, of Volume 29, Laws of Delaware, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section to be styled "70811 Sec. 1111," as follows:

70811. Sec. 1111. The State Beard of Agriculture shall have power to collect samples of foods, dairy and other feeds, and insecticides and have them analyzed by the State Chemist, and to cooperate with the United States Department of Agriculture in enforcing the laws on these subjects as prescribed by the Congress of the United States.
