NOTARIES .PUBLIC
AN ACT authorizing and directing the Governor to appoint the Register in Chancery in Kent County to be a Notary Public.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met: Section 1. That the Governor be and Ile is hereby authorized and directed to appoint as a Notary Public the present Register in Chancery in Kent County and his successors, from time to time, in said office of Register in Chancery in Kent County.
Section 2. The term of office of any person appointed a Notary Public under the provisions of this Act shall terminate at the same time as his term of office as such Register in Chancery terminates.
