CHAPTER 213
JOINT ESTATES AND PARTITION
AN ACT to Amend Chapter 95 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware in Relation to Joint Estates and Partition.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 95 of the Revised Code of the Chap. 95. Revised Code State of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by Amended adding to 3273. Sec. 4, of said Chapter, a new paragraph as follows:
Order for air "In case it shall appear to the Court by said petition and affidavit or other proof at the hearing of the petition, that any person or persons interested therein other than the petitioners are non-residents of the State of Delaware and cannot be served personally with a summons in partition, an order may be made for the appearance of said non-residents at a day to be fixed by the Court in said order, which day shall prescribed not be less than two weeks after the date of said order, which order shall likewise prescribe the manner of serving notice thereof on said non-residents."
