CHAPTER 126.

OF THE INSANE

AN ACT to further amend the act entitled "An act in relation to a State Hospital for the Insane."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Stale of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That the Insane Department and Hospital, as created and organized under and by virtue of the act entitled "An act in relation to a State Hospital for the Insane," passed at Dover, April 25, 1889, being Chapter 553 of Volume 18 of the Laws of Delaware, and of the amendments thereto, be hereafter called and known by the name of "The Delaware State Hospital at Farnhurst," and that the board of trustees having control thereof shall be hereafter called and known by the name of the "The State Board of Board of Trustees of the Delaware State Hospital at Farnhurst," and that all acts and parts of acts relating to said State hospital be and the same are hereby amended in accordance with this act.

SECTION 2. All appropriations heretofore made to the State Hospital for the Insane shall be due and payable to the "Delaware State Hospital at Farnhurst."
